1. Roadmap & Specs (2 weeks)
Pre-Survey: Gathering information for the roadmap call.
90-min Roadmap Call: Defining priorities and roadmap for the project.
(Optionally) 60-min Notion 101 Training: If you're new to Notion, we'll train key stakeholders on the tool.
(Optionally) 60-min Workspace Audit: If we're working on an existing Notion workspace, we'll audit the structure.
Specification Call(s): Further detailing specifications for the build where needed.
2. Build & Handover (4 weeks)
Building: Our Notion Consultant creating your custom Notion build.
60 min Checkpoint Call: Getting your feedback on the draft build before finalizing for handover.
60-120 min Handover Call: Explaining how your new Notion build works. Recorded for future reference.
3. Team Training (1 week)
Team Training(s): Customized training for your team. Can be virtual live and/or recorded.
After the training, your team is ready to start using the system.
4. Feedback & Adjust (3 weeks)
Feedback Period: 3 weeks for your team to give feedback on the build.
60 min Feedback Call: Discussing your feedback and answering questions.
